What we know about Watson Bay
Watson Bay is shown in an official screenshot of the Grassrivers, where a water tower in view confirms the town's name. It appears to be situated directly west of Hamlet and southwest of Vice City, near the southwestern tip of mainland Leonida in Mariana County.

Real-world inspiration analysis
Watson Bay is a close rendition of Cedar Key, Florida, reflected in its nearly identical structures and layout, with its location in the Grassrivers region roughly corresponding to that of Everglades City and Chokoloskee in the Everglades region of Florida. Its name seems to be inspired by Edgar J. Watson, a notorious serial killer who lived in the Chokoloskee Bay area, reinforcing the regional connection.
