Nintendo has indicated that Grand Theft Auto VI may not be available at launch for the upcoming Switch 2, per OpenCritic. The company’s statements suggest the next GTA installment is unlikely to debut on the new console, casting doubt on cross-platform availability. For players anticipating the November 19, 2026 launch, this signals potential restrictions on where the game will initially be playable, affecting accessibility for some fans.
