Xbox has clarified that Grand Theft Auto 6 will not be available through Cloud Gaming on PC. This means players hoping to stream the game to their computers through Xbox’s cloud service won’t be able to do so.
The restriction applies specifically to PC access via Cloud Gaming, limiting how players can experience the title through Microsoft’s streaming technology. Cloud Gaming typically allows players to stream games without downloading them locally, but GTA 6 won’t support this option on PC platforms.
The clarification comes as Rockstar Games and Xbox continue outlining the technical requirements and platform availability for the highly anticipated release. For players who were considering Cloud Gaming as a way to access GTA 6 on PC, this means they’ll need to explore alternative methods to play the game when it launches.
