GTA 6 Cloud Streaming Details Clarified

A Microsoft executive has confirmed that GTA 6 will not be accessible through Xbox’s cloud streaming services on PC when the game launches. The statement came while the exec addressed reports suggesting an exclusivity deal between Microsoft and Rockstar Games existed.

Microsoft denied that any such exclusivity arrangement is in place. The clarification indicates that while the game may eventually reach cloud gaming platforms, it won’t be available through that method at launch for PC players relying on cloud services.

This matters for players planning their setup because it confirms PC gamers won’t have immediate cloud streaming access as an alternative launch option for experiencing the game.
